Delta Mastic Sealant is an acrylic product designed for filling gaps and cracks in construction, window frames, sinks, and around water and sewage pipes. Due to its high adhesion, it easily sticks to various surfaces such as wood, concrete, metal, and glass, effectively sealing existing gaps. After drying, this sealant becomes completely waterproof and flexible, and it can even be painted.
Delta Mastic Sealant is ideal for use in humid environments and spaces exposed to high moisture levels, such as bathrooms and kitchens, due to its resistance to temperature changes and weather conditions. This sealant also performs exceptionally well in terms of abrasion and impact resistance. A special feature of this sealant is its volume retention after drying; unlike some similar products, it does not shrink after drying and remains as applied.
Another advantage of Delta Mastic Sealant is its resistance to solvents, acids, and alkalis, making it suitable for industrial applications as well. Additionally, this product is odorless, non-toxic, and non-flammable, ensuring high safety for the user. It is also resistant to detergents and UV radiation, and it withstands even in coastal environments and exposure to seawater.
The applications of this sealant are very diverse. It can be used for sealing concrete surfaces both inside and outside buildings, filling expansion joints in walls and ceilings, and even for grouting tiles, ceramics, stone, mosaics, and bricks. The surface should be clean and free from dust and grease to ensure better adhesion. After application, the product reaches initial resistance in approximately 6 to 12 hours, and it requires 12 to 24 hours to achieve final resistance. This product remains usable for up to 24 months after production and should be stored at temperatures between 5 to 35 degrees Celsius. |
